In a school, on the third floor, in a girls bathroom, knock three times to summon Hanako-san. Then listen for “Yes, I am”. After being summoned Hanako-san will drag unexpecting victims into the toilet and down into the Yokai realm.

This Yokai was murdered by a stranger in a school bathroom or it’s sometimes said she committed suicide or it’s even been said that her parents murdered her.
